Here to introduce Jaime Shelton & Josh Brummett, the J’s behind J&J. With over 30 years of combined experience, our journey began at Pittsburg State College of Technology, where we earned a bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering Technology. Following our education, we gained extensive hands-on experience in the industry, concentrating on Process Engineering, Tooling, Automation, and Injection Molding. Over the years, we successfully completed numerous projects, including Preventative Maintenance projects, Automation Integration efforts, Mold Design innovations, Material System Upgrades, Lean Manufacturing implementations, as well as Water System Design and Setup. Each project has helped us refine our expertise and deliver bold, innovative solutions to meet complex engineering challenges.
